1. Do I have to come completely on my own?
Yes - Room to Breathe is designed as a solo retreat experience. It’s about giving you space away from everyday demands to reconnect with yourself.

2. What’s included in the retreat?
Two nights in Molly, our handcrafted shepherd hut, a welcome goody bag, self-catering facilities, a guided walking coaching session.

3. What do I need to bring?
Bring comfortable clothes for relaxing and walking, any favourite foods you’d like to cook, and personal essentials. Everything else (bedding, towels, cooking utensils) is provided.

4. Is food included?
This is a self-catering retreat, so you’ll bring your own meals. The hut has everything you need to prepare and enjoy food at your own pace and there is a pub 2 minutes’ walk away from Molly.

5. What if I’ve never been on a solo retreat before?
That's fine. Room to Breathe is designed to be simple, gentle, and welcoming - no schedules or group activities, just space for you.

6. Where are you located?
Molly is situated on the edge of a Cotswold village, surrounded by farmland. The nearest towns are Tetbury and Nailsworth – both 7 miles away. Full address given on booking.

7. What is the walking coaching session like?
It’s a relaxed, guided walk where we’ll explore whatever’s on your mind. Being in nature helps you open up and reflect in a calm, grounding way. If the weather is inclement or you would prefer – the session can be held indoors, over a cuppa.

8. Is there Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available but we encourage switching off 😉

9. How do I book?
